Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school with a roll of up to 24,000 ākonga (students) at any point of time. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including to young adult and adult learners.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Team Administrator with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive administrative support to the Team Leader and the wider team.
This position involves a variety of duties such as:
- Supporting ākonga to engage in their learning
- Compile data and statistics for various reporting purposes
- Maintaining files and information for Manager/Team
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, presentations and take minutes
- Ensure all business runs smoothly
For this position, we offer a salary range starting from $55,026 to a maximum of $65,337 pro rata per annum. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's unique combination of skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

As this is a busy role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys building strong working relationships. As well as this, you will bring:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and other administrative technology
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- High standard of accuracy and organisational skills
