Join our Information and Resource group as a Graduate / Intermediate .Net Analyst-Developer, contributing to our software development practice and integration strategy.

This role offers career development opportunities including a possibility for a permanent position, for those eager to learn our systems and products, and who show initiative. You'll work closely with the Software Development Tech Lead, business analysts, testers, and support teams, playing a key role in our wider delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our .Net codebase, data integration pipeline, SQL environments, and Microsoft Power platform.
- Implement best coding practices and deliver custom code and applications.
- Enhance and expand our continuous deployment pipeline.
- Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, peer reviews, and refactoring.
- Explore and adopt cloud-based technologies and modern programming standards, including DevOps, microservices, and reusable UIs.
- Address bug fixing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions as needed.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
- You have a degree in Computer Sciences, Programming, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in .Net and familiar with web-oriented programming languages and platforms (TypeScript, JavaScript/ECMAScript), with .Net 8.0 on Azure being a plus.
- Experienced with HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
- Skilled in developing and consuming APIs, understanding REST, OAUTH and JWT.
- Knowledgeable in SQL, with SQL Server on Azure being a plus.
- Comfortable with design patterns, SOLID architectural design, and CI/CD or DevOps best practices.
- Curious about new technologies and interested in facets of IT such as security and networking.
- Passionate about improving the digital experience for our kaiako and ākonga.
