We're looking for a experienced Programme Manager to lead the design, implementation, and review of Te Kura's school-wide work programme funded through At Risk funding.
This is a senior, full-time fixed-term role for two years, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. You'll play a key role in ensuring the programme is aligned with Te Kura's strategic priorities and delivers meaningful outcomes for ākonga who are at risk of not achieving educational success.
In this role you'll be:
- Driving the development and delivery of a multi-year programme plan
- Overseeing programme performance, risks, and benefits realisation
- Providing strategic advice and reporting to senior leadership
- Ensuring robust financial and operational management
- Building strong relationships across Te Kura and with external partners
