Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position
As the Student and Whānau Hub Leader you will lead the Student and Whānau Hub team to deliver required outcomes while continuously building staff capability across the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to student and supervisor queries relating to computer access, Te Kura online systems and tools, basic training needs and trouble-shooting.
- Providing support in an encouraging and timely manner, enabling ākonga to access and engage in their courses with a level of confidence.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Your knowledge and understanding of Student and Whānau processes and systems
- Sound knowledge in the application of database systems and procedures with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Proven experience in developing people and strong relationship management skills
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Project management skills are desirable, but not essential
